These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of The Lyceum, a group advisory membership program operated by Markors Advisory LLC ("Markors Advisory," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Washington State. By enrolling in The Lyceum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your enrollment.
If you have questions about these Terms before enrolling, you are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss them.
The Lyceum is a membership advisory program designed for founders operating membership-based or repeat-customer businesses. Membership includes access to weekly live Q&A sessions, bi-weekly training sessions, quarterly one-on-one strategy sessions with Holly (Founder, Markors Advisory), full Telegram access, the ability to bring one team member to group sessions, and access to a vetted contractor network.
Program components, formats, session schedules, and included features may evolve over the course of your membership. Material changes to what is included will be communicated to active members in advance.
The founding member cohort is limited to fourteen (14) businesses. Founding member enrollment is conducted through direct conversation with Markors Advisory. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of your first monthly payment.
The Lyceum is intended for business founders and their designated team members. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
Each enrolled business may designate one (1) additional team member (co-founder or marketing team member) to attend group sessions. This designation may be changed with reasonable notice to Markors Advisory.
The founding member monthly investment is $750 USD per month. This rate is locked for the duration of your founding membership and will not increase while you remain an active founding member in good standing.
Membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months. This minimum is not arbitrary — the five-pillar methodology is sequential and requires time to implement correctly. Members who have attempted to compress this process have consistently returned to the same challenges they sought to resolve. You acknowledge this commitment at the time of enrollment.
Membership fees are billed monthly on the date of your initial enrollment, processed through Stripe or Easy Pay Direct. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your designated payment method.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process it again. Membership access may be paused if a payment remains outstanding for more than seven (7) days. Membership will be terminated if payment is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the original due date.
All membership fees are non-refundable. Given the nature of advisory services — which involve Holly's time, preparation, and access to confidential methodology — no refunds are issued for any portion of a billing period, including the current month at time of cancellation.
You may cancel your membership at any time after your six-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled by providing written notice to Markors Advisory. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to membership resources through the end of the paid period.
Cancellation during the minimum commitment period does not relieve you of the obligation to pay the remaining months of that commitment. If you cancel before the end of the six-month minimum, the remaining balance of that commitment becomes due.
Markors Advisory reserves the right to cancel or pause a membership at its discretion, including in cases where a member's participation is disruptive to the group, inconsistent with the program's values, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, a pro-rated refund of the current month may be issued at Markors Advisory's discretion.
All curriculum, frameworks, materials, worksheets, recordings, and methodology shared within The Lyceum are the proprietary intellectual property of Markors Advisory LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes during and after your active membership.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share Lyceum materials without prior written consent from Markors Advisory. This includes sharing session recordings, frameworks, or curriculum with individuals who are not enrolled members.
Feedback, ideas, or suggestions you share with Markors Advisory about the program may be used by us to improve The Lyceum without compensation to you.
The Lyceum is a small, curated group. Members share real business information — revenue figures, challenges, strategies, and decisions — in a context of trust. You agree to hold all information shared by other members in strict confidence and not to disclose, reproduce, or use any other member's business information outside of the group context.
Similarly, Markors Advisory will hold your business information in confidence and will not share it with other members or third parties except as required to deliver the program or as required by law.
The Lyceum provides advisory, educational, and strategic guidance. It does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or growth targets. Results shared in testimonials or marketing materials reflect the experiences of individual members and are not typical or guaranteed.
Advisory services are provided "as is" based on Holly's professional experience and judgment. Markors Advisory is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, accountant, or therapist. Nothing shared within The Lyceum constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take in your business based on anything discussed or shared within The Lyceum.
To the maximum extent permitted by Washington State law, Markors Advisory LLC, its founder, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your membership in The Lyceum, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your membership shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your membership in The Lyceum will first be addressed through direct, good-faith communication between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington State under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Markors Advisory.
Markors Advisory may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active members via email. Your continued participation in The Lyceum after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Markors Advisory with respect to your membership in The Lyceum and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements.
